PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk(MNC) as an integrated media company under the auspices of PT Global Mediacom Tbk plans to conduct Initial Public Offering (IPO) in June 2007 next, offering 4,125 billion shares comprising 1,375 billion (10%) divestment of PT Global Mediacom Tbk., whereas 2,750 billion shares (20%) originate from new shares.

Approximately 13 percent of the IPO fund proceeds shall be used to settle RCTI rupiah bond debts and 11 percent of the balance will be used to purchase fixed assets related to the operational development needs of the company.

The estimated effective date is 4 June 2007, term of offering 6-8 June 2007, estimated allocation date 12 June 2007. The estimated share distribution date is 13 June 2007, estimated date for reimbursement of ordering money 14 June 2007 and registration at the Jakarta Stock Exchange 15 June 2007.
