PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC) listed at JSX

Today, Friday 22 June 2007, PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC), as an integrated media company under the auspices of PT Global Mediacom Tbk. has listed its initial shares at JSX amounting to 9,625 billion shares comprising 4,125 billion new shares offered to the public (IPO) and the balance being founder shares. The shares with the trading code MNCN have a nominal value of Rp 100, and are in the sector Trade, Services & Investment (9) and Sub-sector (95) Advertising, Printing & Media.

The price of the shares offered to the public is Rp 900 per share, so that the Company acquires a fund of Rp 3,713 trillion. At the start of trading at JSX the MNCN shares immediately strengthened by Rp 90 to become Rp 990 and the highest price reached was Rp 1220.

After performing IPO, the shareholders of MNC comprise PT Global Mediacom Tbk for 70 percent, PT Infokom Elektrindo 0,000012 percent and the Public 30 percent.
