In addition, since 2000, he is also a Director and Commissioner in several affiliated companies of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, amongst other as President Director of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk. Graduated from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1979. |

Outside the MNC group, he occupies the position as President Director of PT MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) and Commissioner of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk. Lucas Chow
Commissioner
Born in Hongkong in 1953. As a Commissioner of MNC since April 2008.
Lucas joined MediaCorp as CEO in December 2005 and also sits on its Board of Directors.
He started his career with Hewlett Packard (HP) and spent almost 20 years in HP holding several senior positions. Lucas joined SingTel in 1998 and held the positions of CEO (SingTel Mobile), Executive Vice President (Consumer Business) and Executive Vice President (Corporate Business). He was instrumental in increasing SingTel’s broadband market share and driving regional expansion in the mobile business.
Under Lucas' leadership in MediaCorp, major initiatives in the digital space were launched which included a highly successful online classifieds, internet television-on-demand and High Definition TV broadcast. Greater emphasis has also been placed on new content formats as well as joint content production with neighbouring countries.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science (honours) from the University of Aston, Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Djoko Leksono Sugiarto
Commissioner
Born in Jakarta in 1949. As a Commissioner of MNC since April 2008.
Prior to joining MNC, he was a Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since 2004.
Outside of the Company, he is a Director of PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia.
Obtained a Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering from Munich University,
Germany, in 1971.

Tito Sulistio
Commissioner
Born in 1955. As a Commissioner of MNC since April 2007. Prior to joining MNC in 1995, he was the Commissioner of Surabaya Stock Exchange. He was also the Director of PT Citra Marga Nusapala Persada Tbk (1995-1999). He served as the Vice President Director of TPI (1995-1998) and the President Director of PT Media Investor On Line (2000-2003). Currently, he is also the Vice President Director of PT Radio Suara Monalisa and the President Director of PT Radio Tridjaja Sakti since 2005. He is also the Vice President Director of PT MNC Networks since 2005.
In addition, he concurrently serves as a Commissioner of PT Radio Tiara Gempita and the President Commissioner of Siaran Radio Tjakra Awigra and PT Radio Prapanca Buana Suara. He graduated from the University of Indonesia in 1982 and holds a Master degree of Accountant and Finance from Institut d’Enseignement Seperieur Lucier Cooremans, Brussels, Belgium. |

Born in 1954. As an Independent Commissioner of MNC since April 2007. Prior to joining MNC, he was the President Director of PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia (1995-2002), President Director of PT Indosat Tbk (2002-2004), and President Director of PT Pertamina (2004-2006). Received an Electrical Engineering degree from ITS (Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology), Surabaya, in 1983 and holds a MBA degree from ITB (Bandung Institute of Technology).

He is a Representative for West Sumatra in the Republik of Indonesian Regional Representative Council (DPD RI)(2004-2009), and currently serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Representative Council in the DPD RI.
