Born in Surabaya in 1965. Group CEO of MNC since March 2004. He is the founding shareholder and Group Executive Chairman of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk since 1989.
Currently, he holds positions in several other companies, including as Group President &
CEO of PT Global Mediacom Tbk since 2002, President Director of RCTI since 2003, Commissioner of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk since 2004, President Commissioner of PT MNC
Sky Vision (Indovision) since 2006, and many other companies within Mediacom Group and Bhakti Investama Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ottawa University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1989. He has also served as the General Treasurer of National Sports Committee (KONI) and has spoken at various seminars as well as lectured at post graduate programs in various universities for subjects on corporate finance, investments, and strategic management.
With his background as a prominent investment banker, he developed MNC’s business
model as it is today and led various major acquisitions and restructurings, including the acquisitions of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, RCTI, and TPI as well as the development of the
print and content business within MNC and the formation of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk
involving a series of complicated acquisitions and restructurings. |

| Born in Yogyakarta in 1967. Appointed as Director of MNC since March 2004. He is also the Vice President of RCTI since 2003. Prior to joining the MNC group, he was the Senior Vice President of Sony Music Entertainment for Southeast Asia and Managing Director of Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia, since 1996. Earned a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing & Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, USA, in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA, in 1989. |

Agus Mulyanto
Director
Born in Surabaya in 1948. Director of MNC since 2006. He was the Senior Executive and a member of the Board of Directors of PT Surya Citra Televisi (1989-2003) with his last position as the President Director. Earned a degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in Telecommunication from ITS (Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology), Surabaya, in 1972 and completed a Post Graduate Study Program in Telecommunication from ITB (Bandung Institute of Technology), Bandung, in 1976. He holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering with a Minor in Business Management in 1978 and a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 1982, both from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA.

Born in Surabaya in 1963. As a Director of MNC since April 2008. In addition, he is also the President Director of Global TV since May 2008. Prior to joining MNC, he was a Director of RCTI since August 2003. Outside the company, he was the Country Sales & Marketing Manager of DHL – Danzas Air & Ocean (1998 - 2003), Senior Associate of Korn Ferry Internasional (1997 - 1998), Marketing Manager of Wayata Kencana Shipping (1991 - 1996), and Area Manager for East Java & Bali of PT Protect & Gamble Indonesia (1987 – 1990). Received an architecture degree from Petra Christian University, Surabaya, in 1987.
