The Company’s policy regarding HR management refers to Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment and Company Regulations to ensure that HR management runs well and can provide maximum results.

Occupational accident rates
The Company always makes Occupational Safety and Health and Environment (K3L) a priority. This can not be separated from the Company’s activities that might be risky. In this case, the Company is committed to reducing workplace accidents to obtain zero accident rates.
To meet the required skills and to develop employee competency, the Company conducts training for employees. The training category implemented includes basic company induction, basic skills training, certification training, functional training, leadership training, and briefing. The number of participants participating in the 2019 training was 47,110 people with the total training hours of 234,186. In addition, the Company also routinely organizes staff forum, supervisor forum, manager forum, and BOD forum that invite professional speakers from both government and private parties. Leaders from each group and business unit can learn from each other through the various forums which are held regularly. As the result, there will always be positive changes.
Regarding remuneration, the Company implements Balanced Score Card (BSC) system in the management of the Company’s HR performance assessment that is carried out regularly and is useful to motivate employees to achieve better performance. The company also provides opportunities to perform Umrah for Muslim employees and trips to Holyland for outstanding employees.
