Board of Commissioners
The Board of Commissioners is the Company’s organ that collectively has the duties and responsibilities to oversee the Company’s management in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, vision, and missions, as well as providing advice to the Board of Directors and ensuring that the Company implements GCG at all organization levels. Members of the Board of Commissioners are appointed and dismissed by the GMS and report to the GMS.

Commissioner
She is an Indonesian citizen and currently resides in Jakarta. She earned Diplomas as a Professional Nail Technician in 1987 and as a Professional Cosmetician in 1988 from the Versailles Academy of Make-Up Arts & Aesthetics, a Diploma in Hat Making & Accessories in 1988, a Diploma as Fashion Designer in 1988-1989 from L’Academie Des Couturiers Canadiens, Ottawa, Canada, a Diploma in Fashion Merchandising from ICS Canadian Limited in 1988 – 1989, and a Diploma as Fashion Designer from Richard Robinson, Ottawa, Canada in 1988-1989. Liliana Tanoesoedibjo has been serving as the Commissioner of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 July 2022, as per Deed No.121 dated July 28, 2022, made before Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. She also serves as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
Currently, she also serves as the Chairwoman of PT Livelt International Indonesia (September 2019-present), the Chairwoman of PT Produser Pangan Asia (September 2019-present), the Chairwoman of PT Pesona Indo Nusantara (September 2019-present), the CEO of MNC Animation (January 2018-present), the Commissioner of PT MNC Studios International Tbk (December 2017-present), the President Commissioner of PT Nusantara Sarana Outlet (September 2015-present), the Chairwoman of PT Prima Persada Nusantara (October 2014-present), the Commissioner of MNC Travel & Services (January 2012-present), the President Commissioner of PT Suara Mas Abadi (June 2011-present), the Commissioner of PT Global Informasi Bermutu (October 2010-present), the Commissioner of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (August 2010-present), the President Commissioner of PT MNC Pictures (June 2009-present), the Chairwoman of PT MNI Entertainment (HighEnd & Just For Kids Magazine) (February 2008-present), the Commissioner of PT MNC Land Tbk (September 2007-present), the Commissioner of PT Star Media Nusantara (August 2007-present), the Chairwoman of Star Harvest Academy (August 2007-present), the Chairwoman of Yayasan Pendidikan Bagi Bangsa (August 2007-present), the Chairwoman of the Miss Indonesia Organization (February 2004-present), and the Board of Trustee of Yayasan Jalinan Kasih (MNC Peduli) (December 2004-present).
