JAKARTA - MNC Group has consistently shown its concern in the field of education by organizing a public lecture given by the CEO of MNC Group Hary Tanoesoedibjo and provides education financial assistance to lots of students from each university in Indonesia. The category of beneficiaries is not only pegged education to students who excel in their fields.
As at the end of April, Hary Tanoesoedibjo provides financial assistances for dozens of students at the University of Andalas (Unand) Padang, West Sumatra. The assistance recipients are entrepreneur students. They have various backgrounds of their businesses. "There are training, food, livestock, and others. I saw everything can be developed because Indonesia needs a lot of entrepreneur since the number of Indonesian entrepreneurs was lower," said Hary (28/04).
The education financial assistance is also provided by MNC Group to dozens of students from the Academy of Midwifery (Akbid) JMS Annisa, Jambi and Technology University of Indonesia (UTI), Nusa Dua, Badung, Bali. In the city of Kupang, Hary Tanoe gave financial assistance to tens of student achievers from three universities namely Artha Wacana Christian University, University of Muhammadiyah Kupang, and Widya Mandira Catholic University.
